Our Woman Crush #WCW for this week is Sitabile Dewa, she is the Founder and Executive Director of Women’s Academy for Leadership and Political Excellence (Walpe).

“Right now we are working towards identifying women who want to run for in the 2023 elections we are providing them with capacity building in the form of transformative feminist leadership training, intergenerational coaching and mentorship some of the challenges we have noticed is that there are very few women currently occupying leadership positions,”- Dewa.
