According to a commentary on the Zimbabwe Media Commission Bill (ZMCBILL) conducted by MISA Zimbabwe, the Bill omits provisions for the establishment of a Media Fund. Stakeholders are of the view that the Commission must plough ack some of the funds it collects into the media sector
