You have seen us on social media and heard us on the airwaves – now, Go Zim is inviting you to join us as we travel around Zimbabwe and engage in voter education with citizens.
Together with Heal Zimbabwe Trust, Zim Rights and the Election Resource Centre Zimbabwe, we will set out on the road to encourage citizens to get out and vote on Election Day.
The first stop will be Epworth Overspill Shop in Epworth, Harare on Saturday where Winky D will perform along with Kinnah, Silent Killer, Jah Signal and Lady Squanda. Listen below for more information:
The event is free for all who attend:
Following the Epworth-based launch, the Go Zim campaign will then spread through direct outreach in communities, churches, pubs and beerhalls and market places around the country, with the hope of making the marginalised communities, youth, women and people with disabilities a priority.
And, of course, make sure that everyone who is eligible to vote is able to vote.
For more information about the event, pop over to Facebook, and to keep up to date with the rest of the events to come, follow us on Twitter or Facebook as we announce the upcoming events throughout July!
And remember, when it comes to 30 July, Go Zim, get out and vote!
